Configuration Status And Error Diagnoses

Each configuration has a status indicator reflecting its status. If a configuration is triggered (either manually or by the scheduler), it will be in running status to take repository snapshots and evaluate the build condition to see if a build is necessary. After this check, the configuration will be put in idle status. It will be put in running status again to collect build metrics after a build is finished.
It is possible that a configuration encounters errors while it is running, for example, not being able to contact the SCM to get the changes when evaluating build condition. In this case, the configuration is set to error status as indicated below.
