XMT binary and source distribution can be downloaded from the [build server|http://build.pmease.com/build/43.latest]. To use it, just add all jars in _lib_ directory of binary distribution to your classpath. To build XMT from source, download source distribution, extract it and run _ant_ inside the extracted directory.
